Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using AIO Analyzer (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
The Service
The Service analyses a single public web page and returns an informational report on signals such as its title, meta description, headings, links, images, and indexability. Results are automated and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Acceptable use
You must only submit URLs you are entitled to analyse. You may not use the Service to probe private or internal systems, bypass access controls or rate limits, overload third-party websites, submit malicious content, infringe the rights of others, or break any applicable law.
No ranking guarantees
Reports, scores, and recommendations are informational only. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, indexing, or any third-party platform outcome.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into a binding agreement.
Plans and billing
The Service currently offers a free tier. Paid plans are not yet available. When they are, their prices, limits, billing cycle, renewals, refunds, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout and form part of these terms.
Free tier limits
Free usage is subject to the monthly analysis limit shown on the pricing page and to fair-use limits that protect the Service. We may change or withdraw free limits with notice.
Intellectual property
The Service, its interface, and its scoring logic are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the URLs and content you submit, and you grant us the limited rights needed to analyse them and operate the Service.
Third-party content and links
The Service fetches content from third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for that content, and any links shown in a report are not endorsements.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or USD 50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
