Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use AIO Analyzer, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Information we collect

We collect the URLs you submit for analysis, the results generated for those pages, and basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, and request logs. If you create an account, we also collect the name and email address you provide.

Please do not submit confidential, private, or restricted URLs. Only analyse pages you are entitled to analyse.

How we use information

We use this information to run the analysis and return results to you, keep the service secure and reliable, understand how the product is used, and respond to support requests. Where paid plans are available, we use it to manage your account and billing.

Legal bases for processing

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we process your information because it is necessary to provide the service you requested, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving it, or because you have consented — for example, to optional analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Where enabled, we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand usage. We do not use cookies to serve advertising.

Service providers

We rely on third parties for hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and privacy commitments.

Data retention

We keep analysis data and account records only for as long as needed to run the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the product. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information, to object to certain processing, and to request a portable copy. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.

Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will revise the date below and, for significant changes, provide a clearer notice.
